This multi-functional use night light flashlight has very innovative design features such as the built-in night light in the bottom of the unit which turns on at night automatically. The top LED flashlight instantly turns on when there is a power outage shinning 6 "Super Bright" LED's up the wall for safely moving around the room, and is water resistant. Better than nickel cadmium's (Ni-Cad).  Ni-Cad's must be discharged all the way then recharged to prevent them from developing a memory.  If ni-cads develop a memory with half charges then that is all it will be capable of giving you.  Use these in conjunction with a Solar Charger and you'll have it made.  They will loose 30% of their charge in storage and will need recharging before use.
