The SunKeeper is available in 6 amp or 12 amp versions at 12 volts DC. To withstand the high temperatures at the solar module, the controller has been designed using extremely efficient power electronics and is rated to 70°C. The SunKeeper is also certified for use in Class 1, Division 2 hazardous locations, making it an ideal controller for solar powered oil/gas applications.

This unit allows you to use much smaller wire from your PV array to your charge controller. Wire cost savings alone will pay for this unit. In addition, the efficiency of this unit outperforms all other chg. controllers. Includes one Voltage controlled output which can operate a relay. Has 4 lines on the LCD Display. It now comes with data logging. It will display a wide variety of usefull information. You can also buy and connect the "Mate" up to monitor and change setting remotely. You can also monitor you system via the internet when you have the "Mate & "Hub". In the near future this unit will also be able to handle small wind turbines. All software is upgradeable.   These units can be used to controll battery charge from your PV's to prevent overcharging, with adjustable bulk and float set points, and does an eqaualization charge to your batteries every 30 days, or manually, or at LVD. Or, Can be used as a Diversion Cotroller for dumping Wind or Hydro Power when batteries are full. Optional LCD display - Battery Voltage, PV Amps, PV Watts, & Total Amp-Hours + seperate resetable A-Hr. The LCD display can be mounted on the Controller or 50 to 100 feet away with optional remote cable into a two gang electrical box.
