Amazing photo of a Bio-pass
filter separating Water,
Glycerin soaps and fatty acids from used vegetable oil.
Just remember the BEADS help the filter GREATLY.
The filter is amazing BUT without the beads to help the filter you
will
be changing the filter once an hour instead of once a month.
THE BEADS
AND THE FILTER ARE TO BE USED TOGETHER
!!!
THE PHOTOS ON THIS PAGE ARE JUST FOR SHOW AND TELL.
You would think by looking
at this photo that there would also be a line of water/glycerin
soaps and fatty acids inside the filter BUT 50% of it is on the
outside ONLY!!!!!

- The inside of the filter is passing cleaned fuel to this 10
HP diesel engine that has been running for over 4000 hours non-stop.
- The beads in the 55 gallon drum (above filter) recover most
of the remaining contaminants.
- We are running it on a mixture of 95% FREE used cooking oil
courtesy of our local Chinese restaurant and 5% red dyed Diesel.
- 6 cents per gallon is a great fuel price!!!The 55 gallon fuel
tank actually has 30 pounds of Acusorb®
beads inside it so we can fuel it on the fly.
- We have the beads in the 55 gal. tank (above filter) so it goes
from beads to filter in this case (Not the best idea but it works)
- The 5% Diesel thins the oil keeping from freezing at night
AND it kills the bacteria that can infect natural oils.

- The filter features an ingenious design that ONLY allows oils
to pass through it!
- Look carefully and you can see the separation lines of the water
and soapy acid glycerin products that are on the OUTSIDE of the
filter Only.
- It is important to note that this white colored fatty acid/soapy
glycerin line is not a liquid so it can't simply be drained away.
This is a thick substancethat needs to be physically scraped off
of the filter when the line gets about half away up to the top
of the filter housing.
- About every 5000 gallons (or as needed)
the filter should be placed in a washing machine and washed in
hot water using the spin dry cycle. Use
about 4 cups of detergent and no bleach! Very simple and easy
to maintain!
- (Do not wash any cloths when you are
cleaning your filters!)

motor running on free fry oil (5
megs)
This little 8 HP Diesel engine is set at 1/4 throttle
and is driving our SC12 PMA. It is running on 95% free fry oil and
a 5% splash of station bought diesel fuel. This setup will run for
32 days non-stop per every 55 gallon fill up of it's almost free
fuel. Pushing the power meter backwards,,,,,,
Always a joy!!!

You will need Acusorb® Beads
and a Bio-Pass filter to make
the used fry oil burn clean. As you can see here there is no smoke!
The cylinder is also getting great lubrication without "Aqueous
friction". Vegetable oil fuels have notably
better lubrication than store bought Diesel fuels!!! (See info
below!) What you can't notice is that the exhaust actually smells
good, like French fries cooking and it does not make photo chemical
smog like pure petro-chemicals do. Learn to make environmentally
friendly, clean burning, non-offensive fuels that are free for the
taking!
Bio-Pass
WICKING Oil Filters
("Wicking" is the selective osmoses of oil that is mixed
with undesirable emulsifying substances capable of joining with
both hydrous compounds and or oils as well)
Bio-Pass "Wicking" oil filters allow clean oil
to easily pass through them as the oil "Wicks" along specially
treated fibers that repel hydrous bonds. The "Wicking"
process occurs when hydrous contaminants are filtered out by being
literally squeezed away from the oil saturated wicking material.
The movie shows this filter in action
BUT do not forget to buy the beads too !!!!!!!!! They work as a
team!!!!

#F10 - Bio-Pass Wicking Oil Filter with Water Trap
3/8" barbed hose fitting in and out.
Includes 5 foot of 3/8" clear vacuum hose.
1/2 micron minus "Wicking" oil filter cartridge.
Optimum processing speed is 32 gallons per hour maximum!!!
Heavy clear canister for easy viewing of filter condition.
Got to ordering page
A Wicking filter is good for about 5000 to 8000 gallons of averagely
clean pre-filtered oil.
Remove the separated hydrous fluids that accumulate at the bottom
of the filter housing when it's about half full.
Cleaning Your Filter
It's very simple.
The filter should be placed in a cloths washing machine and washed
in hot water on the spin dry cycle. Use about 4 cups of detergent.
Very simple and easy to maintain! Lasts forever.
(Do not wash any cloths when you are cleaning your filter!)
Warning: Some washing machines just have to much action which causes
the filter to get fuzzy. In this case use ONLY the cycle setting for
"delicate items" That mode will not chow up your filters.
You can also put the filter in a special Delicate items bag if the
delicate setting is still to violent. Ask your wife ware to buy a
Delicate items washing bag to put the filter in when you wash it.
She knows what the bag is, most do. If it gets very fuzzy before you
use a more delicate setting then just use some sissors and cut it
off and use the directions above for future washing.
Our filtering systems are designed for VACUUM ONLY! Not designed
for pressure type systems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wicking type oil filters are not conducive to pressure since this
makes the fiber structure collapse.
You must draw (suck) the oil through Wicking type Bio-Pass oil filters
in order for the fiber to expand and "Wick" properly.
Pulling oil into the filter creates the delicate osmoses and pressure
balances that the "Wicking" process requires.
Gravity drip is slow but acceptable for these housings and systems
if a vacuum pump is not affordable.
Oil Working Hints: Warm oil filters easier. Housing and filters
tested up to 135 Degrees F. max.
Note: Paper and other organic filters can swell and clog on
contact with Methyl Esters (Vegetable Oils).
NEVER USE PAPER FUEL FILTERS ON YOUR ENGINES
FUEL LINES WHEN USING ALTERNATIVE FUELS!!! Use only stainless steel
gauze type filters on your engines fuel lines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In
a striking change of heart the chairman of the powerful California
Air Resources Board is taking a new look at Diesel vehicles. He
thinks they're poised to emerge as part of the solution to a different
environmental problem that's gaining more attention in the U.S.:
Global Warming... Here, diesel engines are the greener option because
they don't pump out as much so-called greenhouse gas as gasoline
engines do. Dr. Lloyd says he has concluded that a new generation
of high-tech diesels developed for Europe bear little resemblance
to the smoke-spewers that Americans remember from the 1970s and
1980s.
Diesel engines power 37% of all new cars sold in Europe (62% in
France and 34% in Germany) , with the share predicted to rise to
45% - by 2005 -- but fewer than 1% of new American cars have diesel
engines. America is poised for a diesel motor vehicle revolution
that few people know is coming! One reason American lags behind
other industrialized nations in general is the poor quality of diesel
fuel sold in the US. A 1998 report on fuel lubricity claimed North
America had the poorest quality Diesel fuel in the entire world!
Tests found that adding vegetable oil into Diesel fuels created
giant leaps in cylinder wall longevity and Diesel fuel lubricity.
Over 50% of the US Diesel fuel was found to be below the standards
lubricity recommended by equipment manufacturers!!!!! This is a
serious problem for US consumers. In the USA Diesel auto's required
major engine overhauls after 300,000 miles while their identically
manufactured counterparts fueled in Europe went from 600,000 to
1,000,000 miles in between rebuilds!
It is widely believed that introducing vegetable oils into Diesel
fuels could more than double the life of most Diesel engines and
create more environmentally friendly exhaust emissions. Vegetable
oils are also CO2 neutral!!!!
